·        I am a professional in dispute resolution, with over 10 years of experience.

·        My goal is to provide to the conflict resolution process in mediation, the benefit of my experience, knowledge and understanding the complex cultural diversity issues that impact negotiation and closure of the dispute. 

·        I practice mediation in Florida as well as in Latin America, assisting parties in conflict, pre-trial, or already involved in litigation.

·        My areas of mediation expertise include national and international commercial, insurance, franchising, community, intellectual property, banking and personal injury matters.

·        Foreclosure mediation (trained at South Florida University), as well as matters related to family mediation and Cross Borders Child Abduction (Hague and non Hague convention) are also areas of expertise.

·        As a Venezuelan attorney, I litigated extensively for over 20 year.

·         For the last 8 years I have lived in the United States of America. I also lived and studied in Brazil for 5 years.

·        I speak Spanish, English and Portuguese.

·        I have extensively traveled as a mediator, international speaker, and trainer of mediators in South and Central America.
